交联漆酶聚集体对活性染料的脱色性能研究
Decolorization performance of reactive dye by cross-linked laccase aggregates

Abstract
Laccase was immobilized by cross- linked enzyme aggregates. The cross- linked laccase aggre?gates (CLLAs) was used in decolorization of ractive dye cibacron navy blue. It was found that the optimal con?centration of precipitation agent (ammonium sulfate) was 0.46 g/mL, the best volume fraction of glutaralde?hyde was 0.35%. The results showed that the optimal process was as follows:cibacron navy blue 0.1 g/L, CLLAs 0.8 g/L, temperature 70 ℃, pH=9 and time 7 min. The decolorization rate was 79.8%. In addition, sodium sul?fate had a passivation effect on enzyme activity of the CLLAs. The survival enzyme activity of CLLAs was stil about 10%after reused 5 times.关键词
