Property of pure flax fabric duplex treated by cellulase and ternary copolymerization silicone oil

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of bad softness, hard stiffness, easy to wrinkle and tickling feel?ing, the process technology of pure flax fabric treated with cellulase and then ternary copolymerization silicone oil (C912) was studied. The influencing factors of cellulase treatment and ternary copolymerization silicone oil treatment were studied respectively by single factor test, using breaking strength, stiffness, capillary effect, whiteness value as index. The results showed that the optimal process of cellulase treatment was as follows: the dosage of cellulase 4.5%(omf), time 60 min, temperature 55 ℃, and the optimal process of ternary copoly?merization silicone oil treatment was as follows: dosage of C9127%(omf), time 15 min. Compared with the untreated flax fabric, the stiffness of pure flax fabric treated by the optimal process was reduced (warp 52%, weft 40%), capillary effect increased by 62.5%, and the physical and mechanical properties improved.关键词
