蚕丝絮片的阻燃整理研究
Flame retardant finishing of silk flocculus
摘要
Abstract
In order to prepare eco- friendly silk flocculus with good flame retardant property, the silk floc?culus were coated with the flame retardant TEX- 2. The effects of flame retardant concentration, dipping time, baking temperature and baking time on the flame retardant finishing of silk flocculus were investigated. The re?sults showed that the optimized flame retardant finishing process of silk flocculus was that the concentration of flame retardant TEX- 2 was 90 g/L, dipping time was 15 min, pre- baking at 105 ℃ for 3 min, baking at 150 ℃ for 60 s. Under these conditions, the limiting oxygen index of treated silk flocculus was 37.2％, the damaged carbon length was 11.7 cm, burning time was 0 s, smoldering time was 0 s, it had good flame retar?dant effect. The flame retardant finishing had certain effect on the whiteness and strength of silk flocculus.关键词
