Abstract
The printing performance of CMC printing paste used in reactive dye printing on cotton fabric, instead of sodium alginate paste was studied. Compared with the physical, chemical and printing properties of sodium alginate paste, CMC had high paste rate, good water holding property and good stability to printing aids. The K/S value, color fastness of printing fabric used CMC was lower than that of sodium alginate paste. The COD concentration, ammonia nitrogen concentration and chroma value of the printing wastewater of CMC were smaller than that of sodium alginate paste. The amount of CMC was less than that of sodium algi?nate paste. Therefore, instead of sodium alginate paste, CMC original paste could effectively reduce the cost, reduce the pollution, and make up for the shortage of sodium alginate paste resources.关键词
