摘要

Abstract

The popularization and application of fault line selection ( FLS ) device in the smart substation is seriously hindered because the single-line-to-ground FLS information model is not clearly defined in IEC 61850 standard. Establishing the FLS intelligent electrical device( IED) model which meets the IEC 61850 standard is a critical mission in smart substation FLS IED development.The fault line selection function logical nodes based on bus partition are set up according to the functional features of FLS IED and the information model of IEC 61850 in this paper.The current logical nodes are extended, and the practical FLS device model is also obtained.Fault line selection in the smart substation is achieved by using the intelligent electronic device capability description( ICD) files of FLS IED which is developed on substation configuration language ( SCL) .FLS IED communication program is developed based on the MMS protocol stack.The communication function of FLS device is tested by using standardized IEDScout client software.Rationality of the FLS IED model and correctness of the communication function are finally verified in this paper.
