低压成套开关设备的全寿命周期成本评估
Life cycle costs evaluation of low-voltage switchgear
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the maintenance efficiency and life cycle utilization rate,life cycle costs evaluation model of low-voltage switchgear was proposed which is based on grey system theory. The life cycle costs of the equipment were decomposed into the one-time investment cost and the maintenance cost.Considering the uncertainty of the maintenance cost,GM (1,1) model was used to fit the distribution types of the maintenance cost. Finally, the life cycle costs evaluation model was established. And the optimal service life of low-voltage switchgear was calculated by the LabVIEW program. According to the optimal service life of equipment,comprehensive maintenance and repair plan could be proposed, which can not only ensure timeliness of equipment maintenance,but also avoid unnecessary maintenance. Therefore, the minimum life cycle costs of low-voltage switchgear can be obtained.关键词
