水泥熟料堆积体渗流换热的管道等效模型研究
Research on pipe equivalent model of seepage and heat transfer for clinker particles accumulation body
摘要
Abstract
Based on the combination of porous media' s Darcy seepage theory and the pipe' s flow heat transfer theory, the seepage and heat transfer process of clinker particles accumulation body that with porous media characteristic can be equivalent to the heat transfer model of pipe.Then the congruent relationship between the porous media parameters and the equivalent pipe parameters is structured.By numerical simulation, the pipe diameter, gas velocity inside the pipe as well as the pipe number of the equivalent pipe model is calculated.With the changing curve of clinker particles diameter and the clinker unit body porosity, the theoretical method and equivalent data are provided for the simplification of the accumulation particles porous media.关键词
