摘要

Abstract

The combustion and explosion characteristics of mixed fiberboard sanding dust consisting of fast-growing poplar,masson pine,southern hardwood were investigated.An 20L apparatus was used to carry out the explosion experiments.The results show that as the concentration of sanding dust increased to 1 000 g/m3,the maximum pressure of explosion slowly reaches the maximum 0.761 MPa,however,the maximum pressure of explosion decreases if the concentration of dust is beyond 1 000 g/m3.When the concentration reaches 1 250 g/m3,the explosion index reaches a the maximum value,17.62 MPa·m/s,resulting in a Stl explosion grade (weak explosion).In additon,the minimum ignition energy of dust cloud,the minimum ignition temperature dust layer and the minimum ignition temperature of dust cloud were also studied with minimum ignition energy test system,hot plate fumace and Godbert-Greenwald furnace,respectively.And the values were 30~100 mJ,300 ℃ and 420 ℃ respectively.
