农业科研试验基地管理模式探讨——以安徽省农业科学院为例
Discussions on Management Model of Agricultural Scientific Research Base a Case Study of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences
摘要
Abstract
Agricultural scientific research base is a crucial support for the substantial development of agricultural scientific research, as it can serve as an important platform for scientific research, as well as the transformation of sci-tech achievements. Taking agricultural scientific research bases in Anhui academy of agricultural sciences as a case, the current situation and model of management of agricultural scientific research base was analyzed in the paper. Problems in this area during developing of agricultural modernizati on were pointed out. Suggestions and countermeasures of strengthening the modern management of agricultural scientific research base were discussed from optimizing management model and the construction of base. These would safeguard the successful developing of agricultural scientific and technological innovation.关键词
