Hotspot and prospect of clinical research on vascular surgery

摘要
Abstract
Great progresses have been made in diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases in the last decade,especially in the new technologies of interventional therapy,instruments updated and invented constantly.Meanwhile,proportion of interventional therapy is increasing compare with traditional surgery.During the accumulating of evidence-based medicine evidences,theories of treating vascular disease are sequentially being renewed or further proved;there are also a lot of new therapies and viewpoints which are needed to be corroborated.Vascular surgery department is responsible to the treatment of almost all vessel disease including lesions in artery,vein and lymph-vessel,and the treatments and diagnosis of the subject have been developed in varying degree recently.The hot topics of those vascular diseases which is more concerned by surgeons include aortic dissection,abdominal aortic aneurysm,carotid artery stenosis and lower limb ischemia.关键词
