摘要
Abstract
For a long period,doctors didn't have too many options to treat vascular disease except open surgery with high morbidity and mortality.X ray used for medical purpose established the foundation of minimally invasive treatment for vascular disease.From then on,there have been many advances in minimally invasive concepts,instruments and techniques to improve the prognosis of vascular disease.Currently,endovascular therapy has been widely accepted as the best minimally invasive treatment option for vascular disease,which is safe,effective and well tolerated by patients with poor conditions.Most aortic dissection,abdominal aorta aneurysm,peripheral artery disease can be treated by endovascular strategies.The endovascular arena has changed dramatically over the past decade,which makes more and more complex vascular disease can be successfully cured with lower morbidity and mortality.关键词
