Abstract
The anticoagulation is the effective treatment method in the clinic,which involves VTE,cardiovascular disease,organ transplantation,tumor,wound,blood disease and so on.For the sake of normalizing anticoagulation therapy,there are many guidelines in China currently.But there are also cmresponding complications constantly during anticoagulation process.Among them,the hemorrhage is one of more serious complications.For attaining well effective anticoagulation treatment and avoiding hemorrhage complications occurrence,the scholars all over the world make great effort and built up some clinical experience,construct some principles and methods of prevention.关键词
