Abstract
More recently,with the development of interventional techniques and materials,various studies on endovascular therapy of type B aortic dissection (TBAD) have been published.The guidelines and expert consensus arising from the clinical evidence provide important guides to clinical decision-making.However,controversies regarding optimum therapeutic strategies are also emerging.Each year in China,there are many TBAD patients receiving thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR).To understand the consensus and controversy in this field is beneficial for the management of these patients,as well as enriching contemporary clinical evidence by further researches.关键词
