摘要
Abstract
Lower limb ischemia is a common disease that has significantly influenced the quality of patients' life,the survivability of the affected extremity and sometimes even threatens lives.The situation urges us to use varies of treatments to deal with the disease,including controlling risk factors,optimal anticoagulation therapy,exercise therapy,minimizing the damage to tissue and perform positive revascularization therapy for patients who have definite indications.The development of drugs and medical instruments has brought the treatments of lower limb ischemia many opportunities and challenges.Though there are some consensuses,there is also a wide range of controversy,which has reminded us of the necessity of guiding the normalized therapy of lower limb ischemia by further clinical practice and more high-quality evidence-based data.关键词
