摘要
Abstract
Post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS) is a serious complication affecting the quality of life of patients with venous thrombosis.In order to prevent the occurrence of PTS,removing thrombus rapidly and effectively,relieving venous obstruction,protecting valve function,reducing venous reflux have become the main principles of treating deep venous thrombosis patients.At present,there are many methods of thrombus removal,including thrombectomy,system thrombolysis,catheter directed thrombolysis,mechanical thrombectomy,and so on.The choice of treatment need to be individualized,considering different circumstances,choosing the most appropriate endovascluar technology to remove thrombus,then reaching best clinical expectations safely and effectively,which is the key point to preventing the occurrence of PTS.关键词
