Cancer treatment and QT interval prolongation
摘要
Abstract
With the development in health services and application of novel agents, cancer life has been significantly prolonged, and we have more and more cancer survivors. Consequently, cardiac toxicity related to cancer therapy is becoming an obvious problem for the survivors. QT interval prolongation led by cancer therapy can increase the risk of fatal arrhythmia such as Torsades de pointes. As cancer treatment and QT interval prolongation possess common risk factors, we aim to review the risk factors and clinical management of QT interval prolongation associated with cancer therapies.关键词
