乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑栓对滴虫性阴道炎患者阴道pH及复发情况的影响

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of Lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with metronidazole suppositories on vaginal pH value and prognosis recurrence rate in patients with trichomonas vaginitis .METHODS:87 patients with trichomonas vaginitis admitted into the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from Oct . 2014 to Oct.2016 were extracted to be divided into observation group (44 cases) and control group (43 cases) via the random number table .The control group received 0.5 g metronidazole suppositories , while the observation group was additionally given 0.25 g Lacidophilin vaginal capsules based on the control group , the treatment course was 10 d in both groups .The clinical efficacy , changes of vaginal pH value and recurrence rate after treatment of 3 and 6 months in two groups were observed .RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 90.91％ ( 40/44 ) , significantly higher than that of control group [ 74.42％ ( 32/43 ) ] , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .After treatment , the average vaginal pH value of observation group was ( 4.20 ±0.25 ) , significantly lower than that of control group (5.70 ±0.21), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment of 3 and 6 months, the recurrence rates of observation group were respectively 2.27％(1/44) and 0(0/44), significantly lower than those of control group [18.60％(8/43) and 16.28％(7/43)], with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with metronidazole suppositories in treatment of trichomonas vaginitis is significant , which can reduce the vaginal pH value and recurrence rate of patients .关键词
