消炎利胆片联合腹腔镜手术治疗急性胆囊炎的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyanlidan tablets combined with laparoscopic surgery in treatment of acute cholecystitis .METHODS:80 patients with acute cholecystitis admitted into the surgery department of Jiaxing Hospital of Zhejiang General Armed Police Force from May .2015 to May.2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group via double-blind and random number table , with 40 cases in each group .The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery alone , while the observation group was given Xiaoyanlidan tablets orally based on the control group , the clinical efficacy and postoperative recovery of two groups were observed.RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group (95.0％, 38/40) was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 75.0％, 30/40 ) , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ); the postoperative recovery time of temperature , the first anus exhausting time and hospital stays of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group , with significantly lower incidence of complications than the control group , with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Xiaoyanlidan tablets combined with laparoscopic surgery in treatment of acute cholecystitis is remarkable , with high safety , which can promote patients ' postoperative recovery and worth reference .关键词
