Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the anesthesia effects of tramadol and remifentanil respectively combined with propofol in artificial abortion .METHODS: 100 healthy pregnant women undergoing artificial abortion admitted into Hanchuan People's Hospital from May 2016 to Jun.2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 50 cases in each .The observation group was given tramadol combined with propofol , while the control group received remifentanil combined with propofol .The postoperative visual analgesia score( VAS) , dosage of propofol , postoperative awakening time , leaving time and incidence of adverse drug reactions in two groups were observed , the preoperative , intraoperative and postoperative mean arterial pressure , heart rate and oxygen saturation of two groups were compared .RESULTS:There was no statistical significance between two groups in dosage of propofol , and leaving time ( P>0.05 ) .The postoperative VAS of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group , yet the postoperative awakening time was shorter than that of the control group , with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The intraoperative and postoperative mean arterial pressure , heart rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was 6.00％(3/50), significantly lower than that of control group [ 20.00％( 10/50 ) ] , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The anesthesia effects of tramadol combined with propofol in artificial abortion is significant , which has analgesic action with fewer adverse drug reactions , and the patient 's vital signs were stable with rapid resuscitation .关键词
