Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian resection combined with gestrinone in treatment of ovarian cysts and its effects on follicle stimulating hormone ( FSH ) , luteinizing hormone ( LH ) and estradiol ( E2 ) .METHODS:72 patients with ovarian cysts admitted into Wuhan Jiangxia District the First People 's Hospital from Jan.2016 to Jan.2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random dual-colored ball method , with 36 cases in each .The control group was treated with gestrinone , while the observation group was given laparoscopic ovarian resection combined with gestrinone .Clinical efficacy , levels of FSH, LH, E2 and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed .RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group (94.44％, 34/36) was significantly higher than that of the control group (69.44％, 25/36), with statistically significance difference (P<0.05);after treatment, levels of FSH, LH and E2 of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group , with statistically significance differences ( P<0.05 );the incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 5.56％ ( 2/36 ) and 8.33％( 3/36 ) , the difference had no statistical significance ( P>0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian resection combined with gestrinone in treatment of ovarian cysts is remarkable , which can improve patients ' ovarian function .关键词
