Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on the prophylactic application of antibiotics in perioperative period of type Ⅰ incision in Hubei Rongjun Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") .METHODS:130 patients accepted type Ⅰincision in our hospital were retrospectively selected , 60 cases were in May.2015-Apr.2016 (before pharmaceutical intervention ), 70 cases were in May.2016-Apr.2017(after pharmaceutical intervention ) . The prophylactic application rates of antibiotics , drug administration times , postoperative sustained medication times , rational medication rates and incidences of infection in perioperative period of type Ⅰ incision of before and after pharmaceutical intervention were compared .RESULTS: After pharmaceutical intervention , the prophylactic application rate ( 67.14%, 47/70 ) of antibiotics in perioperative period of type Ⅰincision was significantly lower than that of before pharmaceutical intervention ( 96.67%, 58/60 ); the proportion of patients with prophylactic administration in 2 h before operation was significantly higher than that of before pharmaceutical intervention; the proportion of patients with postoperative sustained medication for ≤1 d was significantly higher than that of before pharmaceutical intervention , the proportion of patients with postoperation sustained medication for ≥3 d was significantly lower than that of before pharmaceutical intervention; the rationality rates of medication indications , drug selections , administration times and postoperative sustained medication times were significantly higher than those of before pharmaceutical intervention;the incidence of incision infection (2.13%,1/47) among patients with prophylactic application of antibiotics was significantly lower than that of before pharmaceutical intervention ( 12.07%, 7/58 ) , all above-mentioned with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05 ) . CONCLUSIONS:Pharmaceutical intervention on prophylactic application of antibiotics in perioperative period of typeⅠincision can reduce the prophylactic application of antibiotics , and significantly improve its rationality .关键词
