Establishment of Database of Cases Infected by Acinetobacter Baumannii
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the procedures and significances of establishment of database of cases infected by Acinetobacter baumannii, so as to provide references for researches of epidemiological investigations , treatment options and prognostic analyses .METHODS:Data of Acinetobacter baumannii infected cases from hospital of Xinjiang production and construction corps above grade A class second ( 13 hospitals ) were collected from 2015 to 2016, summarized and classified, WAMP (Windows+PHP+Apache+MySQL) platform was adopted to establish the database of cases infected by Acinetobacter baumannii on basis of requirements analysis , related data and information were then typed in .RESULTS:Established the "man-machine" friendship interface , the database system of Acinetobacter baumannii cases that mainly included four modules of homepage , query , data analysis and system maintenance .CONCLUSIONS:This database has the features of wide application , professional , good expansibility and easy to generalize , with overall reflection on its functions and effects of inspection, diagnosis, treatment and prediction.Which benefits corps medical staff to conduct epidemiological investigations, assessment on therapeutic effects , evaluation and prediction on infection rates , prognostic analyses , provide reliable basic data for corps medical staff and science researchers .关键词
