Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To summarize the development of pharmaceutical care on the basis of drug-induced liver injury ( DILI) , and to probe into the innovative mode and application value of clinical pharmacists care of Chinese medicine .METHODS:To analyze the database of clinical safe medication of DILI , the feasibility and characteristics of clinicians-pharmacists-patients interactive service mode , the establishment active intervention service mode of clinical Chinese medicine pharmacists and the role of clinical pharmacists .RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:The establishment of clinical safe medication database of DILI and the interactive service mode of clinicians-pharmacists-patients can realize the active intervention of clinical Chinese medicine pharmacists , promote the capacity and quality of clinical pharmacists care of Chinese medicine , guide safe medication for patients , assist clinicians for rational medication , provide theoretical support for reducing incidence of DILI and optimizing clinical response options .关键词
