Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and laws of adverse drug reactions ( ADR) the Southern District of in Anhui Provincial Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") , so as to probe into the relevant countermeasures and provide reference for the rational application of drugs .METHODS: Retrospective analysis was conducted on data of 260 cases of ADR reports in terms of patients ' age and gender , ADR-inducing route of administration, ADR involved organs and (or) systems reported from Jan.to Oct.2016 in our hospital.RESULTS:Of the 260 cases of ADR, 44 cases(16.92％) were new ADR, 13 cases(5.00％) were severe ADR and 207 cases were general ADR ( 79.62％); patients aged 60-<70 years were the most common cases . ADR induced by intravenous drip took the lead , followed by oral administration .The top three ADR-inducing drugs were respectively antineoplastic drugs , cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system drugs and anti-infectious drugs .ADR mainly involved digestive system , followed by blood system , skin and accessories .CONCLUSIONS:The occurrence of ADR is related to various factors , the clinicians should strengthen the monitoring on drug application , the medical staff and patients should improve the consciousness of ADR reports , so as to promote the rational drug application .关键词
