干露胁迫对文蛤滤水率及呼吸排泄的影响
Effects of air Exposure on Filtration,Respiration and Excretion Rates of Meretrix meretrix

Abstract
In this study,hard clam Meretrix meretrix were exposed in air for 1,2 and 3 days to study the effects of air exposure on survival, filtration and metabolism of the clams. The filtration, oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates of the clams were measured. The results showed that the dehydration rate and mortality increased with the extended exposure time, and satisfied the equations of?y= 0.000 5 x2 + 0.099 1 x + 0.350 2 and ?y = 0.003 1 x2 + 0.229 0 x - 2.426 2, respectively; air exposure had significant effects on the filtration, oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates (P <0.05); the clams subject to 2 d air exposure opened their shells 12 h after they were returned to seawater, while the clams subject to 3 d air exposure took 24 hours; the oxygen consumption rates increased significantly after air exposure stress (P < 0.05), and decreased gradually to the level of the control group at 96 h; the ammonia excretion rate decreased at 3 h and then increased, and was significantly higher than that of the control group at 96 h (P < 0.05); O/N ratio suggested that lipid and carbohydrate are main energetic materials for M. meretrix. The results indicated that M. meretrix responded to air exposure stress by elevating metabolic level, which resulted in the increase of mortality, and the reasonable time for the clams transport should be less than 3 days.关键词
