不同LED光质对长茎葡萄蕨藻生长及光合色素的影响
Effects of Different Light Quality on Growth and Photosynthetic Pigment Contents of Caulerpa lentillifera

Abstract
Taking Caulerpa lentillifera as an experimental material to investigat the effects of different light quality of light emitting diode(LEDs)(full white light,full red light,full blue light,red/blue(5/1) light, red/blue(3/1)light and blue/red(5/1)light)on the growth and photosynthetic pigment contents of Caulerpa lentillifera in indoor culture condition. The results showed that the blue/red(5/1)light treatment has significant beneficial effects on the ratio of fresh weight to length and the fresh weight of regenerated vertical branch and the diameter of regenerated spherical ramuli,which was 1.48 times,1.19 times and 1.08 times of the control group respectively. The full red light promotes the growth of regenerated stolons, but demonstrated adverse effect on the growth of regenerated vertical branch. And the diameter of regenerated spherical ramuli was inhibited by full red light, red/blue(3/1)light and red/blue(5/1)light. Furthermore,the red/blue(3/1)light demonstrated adverse effect on the growth of regenerated stolon. And there was no significant difference on growth of regenerated vertical branch and regenerated stolon between full white light and blue/red(5/1)light groups. The contents of total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid was significantly increased under full blue light.Comprehensive analysis suggests that blue/red(5/1)light and full white light treatment is more suitable for the indoor culture of Caulerpa lentillifera.关键词
