Research Progress on Detection Technology of Clove Phenol Drug Residues in Aquatic Products

Abstract
At present,the use of fish anesthetics has better effects and lower cost than the traditional aerated and iced water treatment to reduce the loss in aquatic products. Eugenol phenolic drugs have obvious effects on the anesthesia in fish. It is one of the major fish anesthetic. However, eugenol phenolic compounds have certain harmful effects on human. This paper is focused mainly on two aspects of the technology in pre-sample treatment and residual eugenol detection technology in aquatic products. We have discussed the advantages and disadvantages of various detection techniques and provide insight on the development trend of eugenol usage in detection technology.关键词
