考虑上/下工作辊非对称运动的热轧机水平振动研究
Horizontal vibration in hot tandem rolling mill considering asymmetric movement of upper and lower work rolls

Abstract
The horizontal vibration mechanism of the upper and lower work rolls in hot tandem rolling mill was studied. First, the nonlinear dynamic model of the upper and lower work rolls horizontal vibration of strip rolling mill was established considering the upper and lower work rolls asymmetric movement, the negative damping effect of the rolling interface, and the nonlinear stiffness. Then, the online vibration test was carried out on the F2 rolling mill in some steel plant. At the same time, based on the above model, the vibration simulation in the rolling process was established to investigate the effects of the gap between the bearing chock and the housing, the rolling force, and the coefficient of friction negative damping. The results show that the horizontal vibration of the work rolls is most dramatic, the vibration is reverse between the upper and lower work rolls, and the main vibration frequencies are 40 Hz and 130 Hz. The friction coefficient changes inversely between the upper and lower contact surface, which generates marks on the rolls; The main vibration frequencies are 42 Hz and its multiple frequency. The simulation results agree with the measured results. When the gap is larger, the rolling force is stronger and the coefficient of friction negative damping is smaller; the stability of the rolling mill is worse.关键词
