参斛复方不同剂型对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的疗效评价
Efficacy Assessment of Shenhu Compound with Different Dosage Form on Treating Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of different dosage form of Shenhu Compound in treating patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods Totally 230 patients with CHD,were randomly assigned to 3 groups:the conventional treatment group(30 cases),the trial group (100 cases) and the control group (100 cases).All patients received basic treatment of CHD,patients in the trial group additionally took ultrafine granular powder of Shenhu Compound Recipe,3.5 g per package,twice a day.Patients in the control group additionally took 50 mL cecoction of Shenhu Compound Recipe,twice a day.The therapeutic course for all was 6 months.The levels of lipids profile(including HDL,LDL,and TG),homocysteine(Hcy),high-sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),thromboxane A2 (TXA2) and prostacyclin (PGI2) were detected before and after treatment.Results 32 cases dropped out during the therapeutic course,and finally 198 patients competed this clinical study.There was no significant difference in HDL,LDL,TG,Hcy,and hs-CRP levels in each group before and after treatment (P ＞0.05).But the TXA2 level and TXA2/PGI2 ratio in the trial and control groups were decreased after treatment (P ＜0.05).In addition,both TXA2 level and TXA2/PGI2 ratio in the trial and control groups had a lower tendency compared with the conventional treatment group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Patients with CHD could get benefit from different dosage form of Shenhu Compound Recipe therapy which showed alleviating platelet aggregation effect and may improve the microcirculation.关键词
