Abstract
In this paper, K2ZrF6 was used as modifiers at 725 ℃for the modification treatment of ZL104 alloy, the influences of different K2ZrF6 addition on the microstructures and tensile properties of ZL104 alloy have been investigated. The results indicate that ZL104 alloy can achieve the best modification effect with 0.90%-0.95% K2ZrF6 addition. Under the conditions, theα-Al phase keeps roughly equiaxed and has larger grain size, and eutectic silicon phase is mostly thin fibrous or short rod. In the meantime, the ZL104 alloy has good comprehensive tensile properties after casting and T6 heat treatment.关键词
