两相区退火时间对低碳硅锰贝氏体钢组织与性能的影响
Effect of Intercritical Annealing Time on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of a Low Carbon Si-Mn Bainitic Steel

Abstract
The Mn partitioning in the intercritical annealing (I&Q) process and the effect of Mn partitioning time in I&Q&PB process on microstructure and mechanical properties of a low carbon Si-Mn steel were analyzed.The results show that the Mn element diffuses from the ferrite to the austenite in the I&Q process.During the I&Q&PB process,when the holding time of intercritical is 5~10 min,the microstructure is mainly granular bainite;when reaching 20-60 min,with the prolongation of holding time,it is mainly granular structure;dispersive arrangement of M/A and grain boundaries gradually appear in the massive M/A leading to its tensile strength is not change significantly.In addition,the elongation tends to increase first and then decrease as a result of the retained austenite stability.关键词
