摘要
Abstract
The effects of different additions of rare earth La on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZCuPb20Sn5 alloy were investigated.The results show that the lead particles in the ZCuPb20Sn5 alloy are more and more densely distributed than those without the rare earth La,and the number of α matrix increases.The mechanical properties of ZCuPb20Sn5 alloy have been improved in different degrees,the amount of rare earth La increased from 0% to 0.04%,the tensile strength of ZCuPb20Sn5 alloy increase from 163.49 MPa to 255.27 MPa,elongation increase from 4.7% to 15.75%,hardness increase from 77 HBS to 84 HBS.However,the mechanical properties of alloy will reduce when the La content is more than 0.04%,and the best addition of rare earth La content is 0.04%.关键词
