Abstract
The effect of solid solution and aging heat treatment on microstmcture,hardness and tensile mechanical properties of wrought alloy 7075 were investigated,and the fracture morphology was observed.The results show that the main second phases in wrought 7075 alloy are Al7Cu2Fe,MgZn2 and Al2CuMg phase.After solid solution treatment at different temperatures,the MgZn2 phase at grain boundary solution to the matrix;and when the solution temperature is 480 ℃,only Al7Cu2Fe phase can be found in the alloy.With the increase of the solution temperature,the microhardness increases and then decreases,and get the maximum value when the solution temperature is 470 ℃.With the increase of solution time,the microhardness increases and then decreases,and obtain the maximum value when the holding time is 240 min.When the aging time extended from 12 h to 24 h and 36 h,the tensile strength and yield strength will increase,while the elongation decrease slightly.A good strength and plasticity can be obtained when the 7075 alloy is solution at 470 ℃ for 240 min and ageing at 125 ℃ for 24 h.关键词
