Abstract
The zirconia ceramic layer was prepared on the surface of 2A12 aluminum alloy by micro-arc oxidation.The effect of solution concentration of zirconium salt in electrolyte on the thickness,roughness,morphology and salt spray corrosion resistance of zirconia ceramic layer,and the phase composition of the micro-arc oxidation coating was investigated.The results show that the coating is mainly composed of Al-Mg2O4,ZrO2,Zr2O and Al2O3 phases after micro-arc oxidation treatment.With the increase of zirconium salt concentration,the thickness and roughness of the coating increases gradually,and the apparent transform from preferential to general.The corrosion products of micro-arc oxidation coating with salt concentration of 18 g/L are relatively less,and the corrosion resistance of micro arc oxidation coating is better.The salt spray corrosion is firstly in the loose layer of the micro-arc oxide coating,which has little influence on the dense layer.关键词
