Study on the Metallurgy Quality and Inclusion Controlling in FeSiB Molten Alloy
摘要
Abstract
The relationship between the metallurgy quality and inclusion controllings of FeSiB melts were studied.The temperature-time curves of FeSiB alloy molten were measured by using a differential thermal analyzing equipment.The relationship between the above parameters and inclusion was investigated.The experiment shows that the crystallization temperature become lower with the decrease of the inclusion quantity.At the same time the flexibility of the molten became better.The nozzle clogging is difficult to happen and the metallurgy quality gets better with the decrease of the inclusion quantity.关键词
