机械振动对AZ31合金充型和组织性能的影响

Abstract
The effects of mechanical vibration frequency on filling,microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 alloy in lost foam-shell casting process were studied,and the corresponding mechanism was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of vibration frequency and amplitude,the casting surface shape of AZ31 alloy castings is gradually integrated and the mold filling area is increasing gradually.When the mechanical vibration frequency is 100 Hz,the solidification filling ability of AZ31 alloy is best.With the increase of mechanical vibration frequency,the length,width and length width ratio of β-Mg17Al12 phase is decrease at first and then increase.These reach the minimum when the mechanical vibration frequency is 100 Hz,and continue to increase the mechanical vibration frequency,β-Mg17Al12 instead of coarsening.The suitable mechanical vibration parameters of LFC AZ31 alloy is mechanical vibration frequency of 100 Hz,and AZ31 alloy has the highest strength at this time.关键词
