摘要
Abstract
The cylindrical sand core of motor casing was formed in five directions of core-shooting,so the hot core box mold must be divided into several parts.Through analyzing the forming elements for low pressure casting of sand core that was used in hollow circulation water-cooled structure of motor casing of electric vehicle,a temperature control system was designed.The system is mainly operated by PLC,which can control each mold's opening and closing,and the automatic shooting.It can also precisely controling the molding temperature of the sand core of the hot box,and the goal of sand shooting is achieved when each mold heats up to the preset temperature.The system changes the backward ways that rely on the experience of production workers to determine the warm-up time,time of core shooting and curing time and so on.Finally,it improves the quality and strength of the sand core,and ensure the qualification rate.关键词
