远志皂苷和茯苓多糖对学习记忆的改善作用及其机制研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective This study observed the effect of PSP ( Polygalaceae saponins and Pachymaran) on a variety of chemical drug-induced learning and memory impairment mice with learning and memory improvement, explored its possible mechanism. Method Experimental observation in step-down test and in step-though test, PSP high,middle,low dose group for memory acquisition,consolidation and affect learning and memory in mice models of reproduction;Measurement acquired memory disorder model mice brain ACHE activity;Determination of memory consolidation disorder model mouse brain tissue SOD activity and MDA activity. Results PSP allowed to obtain the number of errors within 5 min in disorder model mice and prolonged latency in acquired learning and memory;PSP memory was eligible to make the number of errors within 5 min in disorder model mice and prolonged latency;PSP allowed the reproduction in disorder model mice to reduce the number of errors within 5 min and prolonged latency;PSP can effectively reduce the memory acquisition impairment in mice with brain tissue ACHE activity;PSP can improve memory consolidation disorder model mouse brain tissue superoxide dismutase SOD activity and reduced MDA activity. Conclusion PSP can improve learning and memory in mice models of its mechanism of action by inhibiting the synthesis of brain ACHE,reduce the hydrolysis of ACHE, improve the activity of brain tissue ACHE role to improve learning and memory;PSP can improve SOD activity and reduce MDA activity,thereby,reduce the oxygen free radical damage in mice and play a role in improving learning and memory.关键词
