类风湿性关节炎患者血清Th17/Treg细胞变化特征
Changing Characteristics of Serum Th17/Treg Cells in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changing characteristics of Th17/Treg cells in serum of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) ,and to study the correlation between Th17/Treg cells and DAS28 score,so as to provide a new scientific basis for targeted therapy of rheumatoid arthritis. Method A total of 40 patients with RA were selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy persons as the control group. The levels of Th17/Treg cells in serum of the two groups were detected by flow cytometry,and the patients' conditions were evaluated by DAS28 score. The correlation between the variables was analyzed by Pearson correlation. Results Compared with the control group,serum Th17 level of the observation group was significantly higher that of control group and the level of Treg was significantly lower (P<0. 01). In the observation group,Th17 and DAS28 score showed a positive correlation,while the relativity between Treg level and DAS28 score was negative. Conclusion Th17 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of RA,and the level of Th17 is closely related to the severity of the disease, which has important guiding significance for the prediction and targeted therapy for the disease.关键词
