mAlb水平和CCr数值对急性脑梗死病情评估的临床价值
Clinical Value of mAlb Level and CCr Degree for the Disease Assessment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of mAlb level and CCr degree on the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction,and to develop a reasonable evaluation and prognosis strategy. Method A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were collected. According to the level of mAlb and CCr degree, all the patients were randomly divided into control group ( n=60,mAlb<20 mg/24 h,80 mL/min<CCr<120 mL/min) and observation group (n=60,20 mg/24 h<mAlb<200 mg/24 h,CCr<80 mL/min). NIHSS (National institutes of health stroke scale),GCS (Glasgow coma stroke scale),BI (Barthel index),mRS (modified Rankin scale) were used to evaluate the disease severity,daily life ability and degree of disability of patients in the two groups. BI and mRS were assessed again at the 12 th month and 24 th month after infarction. Meanwhile,the relapse in two years was observed. Using SPSS20. 0 software performed statistical analysis. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher NIHSS and lower GCS on admission,and showed lower BI when were hospitalized and at the 12 th month and 24 th month after infarction. Conclusion Compared with the patients with normal urinary albumin, acute cerebral infarction patients with microalbuminuria showed more serious conditions,worse prognosis and higher recurrence rate. The urine mAlb level and CCr values in acute cerebral infarction could be regarded as clinical indicators for disease diagnosis and intervention.关键词
