摘要

Abstract

The two different grades of granite powder as a binder(0~0. 075 mm and 0. 075~0. 150 mm),10%, 20%,30% dosage and other quality were used to replace cement respectively. The influence of gradation and content of granite powder on the working performance and compressive strength of C40 concrete is mainly studied. Based on the experimental data,the optimum mixture ratio of granite powder instead of cement is found. The results shown that the granite powder plays a role in the concrete,and the finer the powder is,the more obvious the filling effect is. With the increase of the amount of granite powder in the concrete,the fluidity and compressive strength of the concrete decrease gradually. When the granite gradation is mixed with 0. 075 ~0. 150 mm and 20% of the cement ratio,C40 concrete has the better working performance and strength.
