紫外分光光度法测定藏药小檗皮中总生物碱的含量
Determination of Total Alkaloids in Berberidis Cortex by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry
摘要
Abstract
Objective:The purpose of this study is to establish a method for quantitative determination of the total alkaloids in Berberidis Cortex,and to provide a scientific basis for its quality control.Methods:The contents of total alkaloids in Berberidis Cortex from different sources were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with berberine hydrochloride as a reference substance.Results:A good linear correlation was found in the range of 2.376 to 8.712 μg/mL.The average recovery was 96.89％,and RSD was 1.08％.The contents of total alkaloids in Berberidis Cortex from different sources were ranged from 38.46 to 86.33 mg/g,and the average content was 58.58 mg/g.Conclusion:The developed method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Berberidis Cortex in the future.关键词
