补肾活血方经直肠导入治疗112例肾虚血瘀不孕患者的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Treatment of 112 Cases of Infertile Patients with Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Treated by Rectification of Bushen-Huoxue Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of rectal introduction with Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrom.Methods:112 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type infertility patients were included in the standard.The patients were treated with Bushen huoxue rectal rectification,and the condition of pregnancy after treatment and the improvement of TCM kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were observed.Results:1.In patients with infertility after treatment:effective in 26 cases (effective rate of 23.31％),invalid in86 cases (76.69％).2.TCM syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis:32 cases were cured (28.57％),44 cases were markedly effective (39.29％),31 cases were effective (27.68％),and 5 cases were invalid (4.46％).3.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of rectal introduction.Conclusion:Bushenhuoxue Recipe can improve the success rate of natural pregnancy in infertile patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.At the same time,Bushen-huoxue can improve the syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis through rectification.Rectal rectification is safe and reliable.关键词
