精浊病5号方加中药熏洗治疗湿热瘀阻型前列腺炎的临床疗效研究
Research on Effects of NO.5 Jing-Zhuo Prescription Combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigation Treated with Prostatitis of Damp and Heat Accumulation and Blood Stagnation Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of the NO.5 Jing-Zhuo prescription combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of prostatitis of damp-heat and blood-stasis type.Methods:240 patients aged 20 to 50 years old who were diagnosed with prostatitis of damp-heat and blood-stasis type from September 2015 to October 2016 were divided into 4 groups randomly,treating each group with the NO.5 Jing-Zhuo prescription only,the NO.5 Jing-Zhuo prescription combined with Chinese herbal fumigation,Chinese herbal fumigation only and the levofloxacin respectively for 4 weeks.TCM syndromes and NIH-CPSI scores were ued to evaluate the effects.Results:The total effect rates of the NO.5 Jing-Zhuo prescription combined with Chinese herbal fumigation group had highly significant difference than those of the other 3 groups (P ＜ 0.01).The TCM syndromes and NIH-CPSI scores of the NO.5 Jing-Zhuo prescription combined with Chinese herbal fumigation group had significant difference than those of the same group before the treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and had significant difference than those of the other 3 groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The NO.5 Jing-Zhuo prescription combined with Chinese herbal fumigation is an effective method to treat prostatitis of damp-heat and blood-stasis type.关键词
