摘要

Abstract

An integration scheme is proposed for automatic erection welding robot through comparing and analyzing welding status of header nozzles and existing welding technology.Development and installation of the equipment have been completed.The process database for automatic erection welding robot is established though computer simulation and debugging test of welding parameter.A large number of verifying tests for welding process have been carried out.The testing results show that the robot researched and developed independently have achieved integration of automatic erection welding for header nozzles for the first time and the fillet weld is well formed,no defects were found in fillet weld through the macro metallographic examination of the cross section,the forming dimension can satisfy standard requirement.
