摘要

Abstract

With the development of computer technology in recent years,the 3D numerical simulation technology of welding process has gradually become the frontier of welding field,and has attracted more and more researchers' attention.However,the numerical simulation in the temperature field and stress-strain field needs to hold too much amount of calculation and time,so it requires a high level of computer configuration.In general,it is necessary to improve the calculation efficiency as much as possible under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of calculation.In this paper,a large amount of research results in this field are integrated,and the influence of different welding heat sources and different modeling methods on welding simulation results is emphatically introduced.Under the condition of ensuring the accuracy of calculation results,the simplified model is used to reduce the computation time and improve the calculation efficiency.
