摘要

Abstract

In the oil and gas transport,the deformation of dents is common and seriously affecting the safety of the pipeline.In this paper,according to the domestic and international design standards,the judgment basis of the pipeline is analyzed.Three current international common methods of evaluating the dents of pipeline are summarized:strain evaluation,residual strength calculation and dent fatigue calculation.Finally,the finite element ANSYS software is used to simulate the microstructure and stress of X60 under 6% OD deformation.
