Abstract
The traditional fan net cover products are mainly made by hand,with the labor intensity,low production efficiency characteristics,it is difficult to form an automated production.In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency of fan mesh products,the spot welding robot workstations for fan net cover products were developed.This paper describes the composition and characteristics of the workstation,and the design of the welding fixture is described,the welding fixture design difficulties are proposed.By controlling the welding process parameters,the quality of welding was ensured.Compared with manual welding and other semi-automatic welding manufacturing process,the workstation can achieve high efficiency,high quality,and flexible production.关键词
