摘要
Abstract
In the lightweight issue of high-speed train,the stainless steel sheet plays an important role in body structure and has received increasing attention.The fillet welding test is conducted on the SUS301L sheet with dissimilar thickness by cold metal transfer technology.The temperature change of the positions which have different distances from the weld center is collected by thermocouple probe.3D laser scanner is used to measure welding deformation.Large wavy deformation occurs in the bottom plate after welding since a special restrained condition of suspended welds.The maximum deformation is about 6.545 mm.The residual stress of joints is measured by μ-X360 analyzer and the distribution of stress is M-type.关键词
