摘要

Abstract

Several Q345B steel plates with different thickness from 4 to 10 mm are used as experimental materials.By adopting the fiber laser-MAG hybrid welding with unchanged defocusing distance and filament spacing and changing its laser power,welding current,voltage,wire feed speed,welding speed and other parameters,the one side welding with back formation technology is explored,and the tolerance of welding process to the unfitness and gap are verified.The results show that;The one side welding with back formation are well formed by adopting laser-MAG arc hybrid welding under different parameters,and the tolerance of laser-MAG arc hybrid welding to unfitness and gap is superior to that of MAG welding,and has better application prospect in actual production.
